Our nation is in the midst of crisis but that does not mean your business needs to be. In today’s challenging environment, those companies who are willing to make the hard decisions, plan for the future and reorganize themselves to take advantage of the latest advantages in technology and business models will continue to be successful.
Anyion is unique in that we have always been on the leading edge of innovation and continually reshape our internal and external processes to fit our upcoming needs beforehand instead of waiting for something to happen and having to respond in a reactionary manner. We are not afraid to take chances or measured risks. Our employees appreciate the freedom given to them to try out new ideas and concepts - and fail.
The freedom to fail is one of the core tenants within Anyion’s corporate DNA. In our view, we measure success not by how many times we were successful at something but how many times we failed along the way. Success only requires succeeding one more time than you failed. Because we give our employees room to fail within a safe context, we have an extremely dense expereience base from which to draw and use to help our clients divert from paths we already know lead to failure.
There are two kinds of crisises: failure crisises and success crisises. Both are equally important to master as both can easily kill a business. At Anyion we are known for being the masters of success crisises - a reputation that comes from having already mastered and excelled at “falling forward” during failure.
